Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Aussie Sapphire website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Payment Methods:

Aussie Sapphire accepts payments by the following methods:

1. Credit cards online (Visa and MasterCard only) via the NAB Transact payment gateway or PayPal.
2. Direct Bank Deposit or Wire Transfer. Banking details are provided in order for you to make a deposit. Purchases will be dispatched after funds are cleared into our bank account.
3. Money Order or Cheque. We can accept money orders or cheques in Australian dollars only. Purchases will be dispatched after funds have cleared.

See our offline order form for more information. If paying by Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order, orders may be cancelled if payment has not been received within 10 business days unless prior arrangements have been made.

Courier Deliveries:

We offer a courier option at out checkout but cannot guarantee delivery times by any carrier. In some locations, it may be faster to use Australia Post. When selecting courier delivery, you MUST provide a suitable address and agree to pay any redelivery fees charged by couriers if addressees are not present at time of delivery. Safe drop instructions may be provided for lower value parcels. We pass on any special delivery requests (such as phoning prior to delivery) but CANNOT guarantee these will be carried out by the local driver.
