Sintered 6" Diamond Lap #600 Grit - Auscut (exclusive to Aussie Sapphire)

Recommended for the professional gem cutter - not cheap but unsurpassed performance.  Sintered diamond laps will outlast electroplated laps many times over.  Made especially for Aussie Sapphire with more diamond for better value.

If you have wanted a Sintered Lap but have been put off by the high price, this professional quality lap will keep you cutting at an affordable cost.  A great investment in your faceting equipment - recommended for professional or serious hobby cutters. 

Key Features:
  • Full 6mm deep diamond matrix exposes new cutting points as the lap is used.
  • Sintered laps can be dressed to expose additional crystals for a more agressive cut
  • Recommend "sweeping the lap from side to side" when cutting to ensure even wear.
  • Clean and store dry when not in use.

Master lap is not required with this lap.  150mm or 6" diameter, 16mm thick (inner recess to fit lap nut).  Standard ½" hole to suit any standard faceting machine.
