Where is my parcel?

We endeavour to despatch most parcels within 24 hours of order. You will receive an "Order Status" email when the order has been packed describing the day of despatch, method of shipping and a tracking number.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please check with your local post office (or courier if sent this way). Parcels are despatched from Glen Innes in northern NSW so please allow for transit time to your location.

Parcels are required to be signed for unless you specifically ask us to "safe drop" at your address.

eParcel deliveries:  if you are not at home when the parcel contractor tries to deliver your item, it will be carded for pickup at your post office. Australia Post tracking is often limited to a scan at the delivery post office so do not be immediately concerned if you do not see much information on the tracking.

Courier deliveries:  Note that for deliveries via courier, you MUST provide an address where someone can sign for the parcel. If you are not at home when they try to deliver, you will need to arrange to pickup at the courier depot (Star Track Express) or pay for redelivery (Toll Priority). This system cannot be altered so please ensure you either use an appropriate address (work or business) or provide safe drop instructions for lower value parcels.
