Are my credit card or personal details safe?

Is my credit card safe? Absolutely! It is safe to use your credit card over the Internet. 

Aussie Sapphire processes credit card payments through the National Australia Bank secure system (NAB Transact) or via PayPal.  In both cases, we never see your credit card details and all information is transmitted to secure servers using the strongest encryption available. The National Australia Bank employs the strongest security and anti-fraud measures available. 

An SSL certificate has also been installed to keep your personal data safe - at any secure page (login, profile, etc), you will be in a https secure environment where all information is encrypted.  We have taken every step to make sure that shopping with Aussie Sapphire is a secure and convenient experience.

Yes!   We understand the value of keeping your personal information private, and we have designed our website so that you are in control of your personal information and how we communicate with you. Personal information (including your email address) is not shared, sold or given to anyone for any reason except in cases of fraud investigation. When you register with Aussie Sapphire, we will ask for your address and phone number.  We only use this information to fulfil your order - phone numbers are required so that we can phone you if there is a problem or query with your order and so that our courier company can contact you if needed as they deliver your parcel.
You may choose to sign up for our newsletter - you can change this option at any time by logging into your profile and editing as required.  We do not send out many newsletters but many customers find it a convenient way to receive important announcements.  You may prefer to stay up to date by regularly checking our blog, facebook page or forum instead.
