Credit card payments are processed via Pin Payments which is based in Australia and as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, is certified to the highest standard of security compliance. Pin Payments are subject to periodic manual and automated security audits. Audits are conducted internally as well as by third parties. Credit card information is encrypted and stored in a system completely isolated from Pin Payments operational servers. Unencrypted card data is NEVER stored and all communications are encrypted via SSL security certificates. Internally card information is referenced only through the use of a token which is not derived from card information in any way. All these measures provide the highest level of protection for your transaction. Please note that we can accept Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards via this payment option. If you wish to use American Express or Diners Club, please use PayPal instead.
While using your credit card in this way is extremely safe, we can offer a number of offline payment methods for those customers who prefer not to pay online. By selecting the offline payment options, you will receive instructions on how to submit your credit card details to us by fax or mail, or directly transfer your payment using wire transfer (direct deposit or telegraphic transfer).
