These blades are light duty, economy notched rim diamond blades.
Generally thinner so less wastage - cheap but with a shorter life span compared to a sintered (or even electroplated) blade.
These blades are manufactured by crimping industrial diamond directly into the edge of the saw blade. They are best suitedfor turquoise, opal, and stones in the 6-8 range on the Mohs hardness scale. We recommend the premium quality continuous rim blades if you are working with corundum.
